QUALITY CRITERIA

Quality criteria

  • PIndentations, curves or pores are acceptable on the outer surface of the product. In the production process, deviations in product dimensions of ± 3 mm are acceptable. All this does not affect the quality of production and does not reduce the operational time.
  • In some cases, various hydration products or white stains (efflorescence) are released during cement hydration (during reaction with water). The appearance of white spots on the surface of concrete products is not considered a product defect - it is a sure sign of Portland cement hardening. It is impossible to prevent the formation of white spots, they disappear with time and do not reduce the quality of the product. If the product is used in areas protected from rainwater access, these white spots can persist for a much longer period of time.
  • When a wet surface dries, fibrous cracks may become visible on it. These small cracks do not reduce the quality of the materials.
  • Visual scratches and abrasions in the top layer that occur during loading and transportation are acceptable for concrete products. When assembling a concrete product, scratches may be visible on the surface caused by the use of construction equipment and mechanisms, but this does not reduce the quality of the product.
